Our heart is suffering not just from our own wounds, but also from the wounds of our loved ones and other people in the world. This is because we are not separate. We are all connected and we influence one another.

The Meditation lasts for 30 min.
10 min. inhale your own suffering into the heart and exhale love and compassion
10 min. inhale the suffering of your loved ones and other people you know, exhale love and compassion
10 min. inhale the suffering of the whole world and exhale love and compassion
The moment our pain touches our heart, it is automatically transformed into love. So you don’t have to ‘try’ to do it. It is an automatic process and you can be the witness. With each inhale, it transforms suffering into love and compassion.
As the heart softens and opens, tears may come. Let them flow naturally. It is a very cleansing process.
I recommend doing this meditation for 21 days. This will help you to make a quantum leap and a huge shift in your life. Your heart will activate it’s innate function and will start automatically transforming pain into love on daily basis.
